No, G&J is a bartending service with a dry mobile bar rental. After booking, G&J will provide a shopping list of suggested liquor, beer, wine, & bubbly, as well as the amount needed for your private event according to the number of guests and party details.
Full payment is due 1 month before the event date. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
It is best to check first with the venue about their relevant policy and practices in regards to outside bar services.
It is recommended that you book us as far in advance as possible to ensure we are available for your event. At least one month prior is preferred.
Due to State of Hawaii Liquor Laws, our clients are required to provide the alcohol for the event. We can and do, though, work closely with the event host to determine the amount of alcohol required. We can pick up everything you need and deliver it to the venue on the day of your event.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of your event. A tip jar is a standard practice for the full bar services but in cases where a tip jar is discouraged, the host is responsible for a 20% gratuity fee.
Yes! A tasting before the event can be scheduled for a fee. Inquire directly with G&J.
We do not offer food but we are more than happy to recommend some awesome local vendors.
