Who We Are

Gwen & Justin Whiting

Aloha and Welcome! Our names are Gwen and Justin and we have 30+ years of restaurant and hospitality experience between each other. We’ve spent countless hours working behind bars and managing/creating training programs for restaurants as well as bar staff.

The transition into establishing ourselves as our own entity came from the desire to create a platform to showcase our skills as bartenders and educators with the freedom to spend as much time as possible with our children.
